FIRE AND EXPLOSION
Federated Investigations Service’s primary goal is to investigate fires, whether vehicle, structure, vessel or otherwise, to determine the nature of the origin and cause of the fire. Additionally, all evidence of the fire will be collected in accordance with applicable ASTM or NFPA guidelines. Further, our NFPA 1033 compliant investigators will draw appropriate conclusions and testify accordingly. Lastly, a lawful background investigation of a subject, polygraph, deception detecting statement analysis and cognitive/behavioral interviewing may be conducted as requested.
In certain circumstances, our investigators will collect data and conduct independent testing to determine if the injury or loss is attributable to a third party to afford our client a reliable basis for subrogation or third-party tort actions. Federated Investigations Service conducts NFPA 921 compliant investigations and offers the specialized knowledge necessary to render such a qualified opinion.
One significant benefit offered by Federated is the feature of flat rate servicing. This option is available in most instances which are not large commercial structures, require extended travel, or investigations which entail excavation equipment or other unanticipated expenses. This facet generally allows our client to anticipate their investigation budget on the subject matter and gauging future consultation.
